T.J. Cremeans has more than seven years of real estate experience and four years focusing specifically on multifamily commercial properties. Before founding his own firm, he worked as a commercial sales executive at the nation's largest title company, Fidelity National Title, in Chicago. In that position, he worked with investors, large national lenders, attorneys, and global developers. He surpassed $1.65 billion in deals in that job before becoming Vice President of Business Development at Podolsky Circle/CORFAC International. In that position, he focused on property and construction management opportunities. He worked with brokerage partners to acquire multifamily and office properties for themselves and outside clients. He then moved home to Michigan, where he started TKC Homes, Inc. where he focused on home renovations. Then he created Cremeans Ventures to begin building a multifamily portfolio and leave a lifetime legacy behind.  Besides enjoying raising capital and meticulously managing his portfolio, he also enjoys time with his wife, Kimber, who was the main person who pushed him into his real estate journey. TJ loves spending time with his sons Kaison(5) and Beckham(3). With every deal TJ and his companies buy or sell, they give back to a business, family, or group in need.
